How do you decide which companies to work with?
We assess the strength of the investment case, management credibility, and timing. We only take on mandates we believe in.
When should we engage you?
When you are looking to expand your investor base beyond Australia, either ahead of a capital raise or earlier.
How many investor meetings should we expect?
We focus on relevance over volume. The goal is to meet the right investors, not the most investors.
What happens after investor meetings?
We provide structured feedback and continue engagement with investors where relevant. The process does not stop after the roadshow.
Is this a one-off engagement or an ongoing relationship?
Both. Some mandates are transaction-focused, others develop into longer-term investor relations relationships.
Do you organise investor events and roadshows?
Yes. We organise investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and flagship investor events throughout the year.
Do you only work with ASX-listed companies?
While our primary focus is on ASX-listed companies, we may also work with select private companies and pre-IPO opportunities where appropriate.
