The Charles Group was founded in 2011 by Aaron Edwards (CEO) and Samantha Edwards (CCO). The sibling duo built the agency on a shared commitment to strategy-led creativity, launching in New York City and expanding to offices in Chicago and London as the client roster grew to include Cartier, HP, and Marriott Bonvoy.
