This course is 100% free. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you want to buy a home in a few months, or a few years. We will teach you the ENTIRE home buying process, how to prepare for home ownership, and everything you need to know about financing. We’ll also take you on a tour of several homes on the Theory Bus and show you what kinds of things to be aware of as a buyer (the bus portion is optional, but a great way to see current inventory!)
