Officials, A letter was sent out earlier outlining the requirements for the UWW clinics to be held in Fargo. 

Registration for the 2026 U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals will be on a tiered basis: You must highlight each session you plan on working and double-check your arrival and departure dates for accuracy.

M1 officials may begin registering on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. 

M1C officials may begin registering on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. 

M2 and M3 officials may begin registering on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. 

Please review the UWW clinic letter that was sent earlier this week so all officials are clear on the UWW clinic requirements, including the required arrival and departure times necessary to receive clinic credit. 

All officials are required to work in at least two of the three styles to be eligible for any meal and/or room stipends.

 First day officials can check in: July 8 for July 9 weigh-in and clinics. No exceptions! Plan accordingly, please!

We are requesting that all officials register by May 31, 2026. It is your responsibility to follow protocols. There are many different pieces that go into the planning of this event, and we plan to send surveys to registered officials shortly after May 31. In order to gather the most accurate information possible and finalize planning needs, it is important that we have an accurate list of officials registered by that time. Please indicate whether you require housing, as tournament-sponsored housing will be limited. Officials requesting housing must also provide specific arrival and departure dates and times. Please note that due to limited tournament-sponsored housing availability, officials who choose non-tournament-sponsored housing will receive a $50 per night reimbursement/disbursement to assist with housing accommodations of their choice. Again, officials must work a minimum of two of the three styles to be eligible for this reimbursement/disbursement.
