    Congratulations. Also because of this tweet I just learned that no women earned a Ph.D. in physics from Georgia State University until the 21st century. The first woman achieved this milestone in 2001! It's a stark reminder of the gender disparities in STEM fields.#WomenInSTEM

    Iceland has made it very difficult to pay women less than men. Employers in the Nordic country now have to prove that they pay men and women in the same jobs equally. If they fail to do so, they risk being fined. #WomensEqualityDay #futureofwork #HR
