- Expelling a student from a public university for mocking Charlie Kirk's death is blatantly unconstitutional. A big lawsuit is coming, and rightfully so.TXST has identified the student in the disturbing video from Monday's event. The individual is no longer a student at TXST. - This is my favorite story of the day. Bernie Sanders' campaign staff has unionized and is demanding a $15 per hour "living wage" and 100%-paid health care for those earning under $60k. The campaign leadership has thus far resisted.
