How London’s kink scene is taking on @Meta:
“It is 2023 and we’re still beholden to these backwardly moralistic, totally arcane ideas about sexuality”
Me in @standardnews from the #stopdeletingus protest.

Result. Thanks, everyone. #OPA
Breaking: @TowerHamletsNow have allowed vetted members-only "queer, kink, and fetish events" in East London as requested by the #savekinkspaces campaign.
Me: This is possibly the most important decision in SM rights since R v Brown (Spanner).
I’m extremely moved by the International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers vigil outside Parliament. Decriminalisation of sex work is essential to allow workers to practice in safety.
Happy New Year, especially to all the Sex-Workers, LGBTQ+, BDSM, and other alternative sexual people here on Twitter.
Please can you help me put a shout out that I can provide legal advice and connections for those of them in need. Thanks. Happy 2020. mylesjackman.com
Please read the CPS guidance; but essentially a sexual image is "legal" if:
"It is consensual; and
No serious harm is caused; and
It is consensual; and
It is not otherwise inextricably linked with other criminality; and
The likely audience is not under 18".
