This is BS. The same models, radars, forecasting and warning capabilities were in place. Flash flood warnings came out in advance of the event, watches for Kerr County were well in advance. Warnings escalated as the river levels rose. Camping in a flood plain is dangerous.

Updated #Fordow #bombing before/after imagery from Maxar Tech satellites. Maybe 6 bomb entrance holes. I aligned these the best I could... the 2 different sat overpasses had different viewing angles, so parallax combined with the terrain produces spatial offsets.

No, the DoD imagers have still been accessible, the cutoff was extended until the end of July. I've worked with those data for decades, and can say they would not make any difference over land anyway, where there is abundant radar coverage.
