    You may park in your own driveway as long as no portion of the vehicle extends over the sidewalk. Vehicles that cross over the sidewalk are subject to citation. What is the street location so we can pass along your feedback to parking enforcement staff.

    The Bus Rapid Transit corridor on Van Ness will shorten travel times by about a third & improve 49 Van Ness/Mission reliability along the entire line. These beautiful red transit lanes will ease major traffic congestion.

    The operator reported the incident last night and we've been working with @SFPD to fully investigate the matter. We've shared surveillance video from the train with PD as part of that investigation.

    HeadsUp: Earlier today a federal judge struck down the mask mandate for airplanes and public transit. As this issue makes its way through our legal process, the federal policy remains in place. For the time being, as we wait to learn more, masks remain required on #SFMuni (1/5)

    The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency today announced the opening schedule for the highly anticipated Central Subway project. Starting November 19th, the Central Subway will open with dedicated shuttle service on weekends between sfmta.com/press-releases…

    Last fall, we posted No Turn On Red signs at over 50 intersections in the Tenderloin to study how they can make streets safer to cross. In SF, 20% of cyclist and pedestrian injury crashes involve drivers turning at signalized intersections. ( 🧵)
