As a bloke who had "FUCK OFF MUSLIMS" alongside a massive swastika painted on his front fence as a kid - fair dinkum it would've been nice to see some of this urgency the Australian Government has shown on antisemitism on Islamophobia.

The choice to run with “PAKI” on the Fox ticker over the traditional “PAK” is…quite a choice.

Whichever genius at CA understood that the target market of the Sheffield Shield are sickos watching at work and therefore need minimal tab-flipping and maximum domestic cricket at once, bravo. Give them the fucken Order of Australia.

Ita Buttrose will no longer be the guest speaker for next week’s Women in Media Aus 20th anniversary fundraiser, where she was set to speak about building “safer, more respectful workplace cultures”. WIM Australia sent out a memo just over an hour ago.

Geez. Seven have confirmed they will show the Matildas quarter-final on the main channel in every market, pushing back the nightly news to after the completion of the match. Don't think I've ever seen that for any sport before.

Bit weird that the Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism hasn't said anything about the marches with the neo-Nazis, given their whole schtick. I put questions to the Envoy's office yesterday. I'm yet to hear back. If anyone else has had more luck shout out.

Chris Green’s shirt number has been changed to ‘0’ and his name to ‘Towards Zero’ tonight in support of our partnership with Transport for NSW, with zero being the only acceptable number when it comes to deaths on our roads.

Ah yes Calcutta, that barren wasteland where cricket went to die. Famously no one plays cricket in the confines of high-density Indian city living.

Fair antidote to the protests to see Sydney turn it on like only Sydney can, with enormous crowds soaking it all in to watch a Muslim refugee lay her claim as one of the greatest runners the world has ever seen.
