    Most founders unconsciously delete the first (and roughest) 12 months of starting a company. Day 1 of the founding story seems to be hitting initial product/market fit. Helpful to share those early stories though. @davidcummings @JonnyBird

    After a bunch of YC prep interviews, general feedback is be concise and clear what you are building today and why your customers care. Big ideas are easy to dream up, much harder to build something people want.
