No license means no EU crypto services. Deposits, withdrawals, and trading access may change starting that day for firms that are not authorized. @krakenfx has been MiCA-authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland since June 2025. Regulatory clarity is becoming operational

July 1 is the hard MiCA deadline in the EEA. After that, unauthorized crypto asset service providers aren't in a gray area, they're in violation of EU law. @krakenfx is one of the few pre-MiCA registrants to convert to full CASP authorization, via the Central Bank of Ireland,
