This is breaking my heart tonight. Despite every international forum and institution set up to protect human rights, women’s remain a secondary priority. Where’s the ICC on Taliban leadership? Where is the UN? Where are the signatories to the ECHR? Where is ANYBODY?

Women—Freedom—Life🇦🇫 After the Taliban announced the ban on girls’ education in medical institutes, female students in various provinces of Afghanistan protested. Some were barred from institutes and universities by the Taliban with cries and farewells.

My sympathy tonight to the Ukrainian people who’ve fought a heroic three year battle to repel the Russian invaders and ensure that the rest of Europe is protected from such unacceptable land grabs. A sad day for US international standing.
