Randy is Chief Executive Officer of Xplor, a global leader in software and embedded payments. An accomplished executive across technology, software, telecommunications, and fintech, he has driven transformative growth, complex integrations, and customer-centric innovation across diverse industries. Known for cultivating high-performance cultures, Randy excels at guiding organizations through M&A integration, SaaS modernization, and large-scale operational changes that enhance customer experience and deliver superior business results.

As CEO of Clubessential Holdings, he led the company through its strategic merger with Xplor Technologies –creating a scaled global platform serving hundreds of thousands of customers and processing billions in payments. His prior executive roles include senior leadership positions at two Roper Technologies businesses (CBORD and Horizon Software), KnowledgePlanet, Sprint, and AT&T.

Throughout his career, Randy has consistently scaled businesses – delivering industry-leading customer loyalty, operational excellence, and strong financial performance – while empowering teams to innovate and exceed expectations.

Justin is a high-performing finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across public and private companies. He is known for leading large scale financial transformations, including playing a key role in the carveout of Refinitiv from Thomson Reuters and helping reposition the $6B business for growth, sale, and integration into the London Stock Exchange Group. Prior to Refinitiv, Justin spent over 15 years at GE in global finance leadership roles spanning Financial Services, Infrastructure, Software and Corporate Finance. His background in operational rigor and strategic planning underpins Xplor’s ability to scale effectively and sustainably.

James is Chief Technology Officer at Xplor, bringing nearly 30 years of technology leadership experience across fintech, payments, and software. He is known for building high performing teams, and delivering strong technology outcomes in complex, fast growing environments. James previously served as COO at Allvue Systems, CTO at Worldpay, CIO at ICE Data Services, and as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. His career is defined by leading major technology transformations, scaling global engineering organizations, and guiding companies through high impact M&A and modernization efforts.

Amy is Chief Marketing Officer and a veteran B2B SaaS executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth across global software and payments businesses. She is known for leading high-impact marketing, sales enablement, and brand transformation initiatives at Clubessential Holdings, CBORD, and Horizon Software International. Throughout her career, Amy has unified complex multi-brand portfolios, modernized digital marketing engines, and strengthened commercial performance across diverse vertical markets. She brings a hands-on, customer-first approach that consistently elevates brand value, deepens market presence, and accelerates organizational growth.

Sarah is an experienced Chief People Officer with more than 20 years leading people, culture, and organizational transformation across high growth and Fortune 500 companies. She is known for designing people-first strategies and scalable HR systems that help organizations grow quickly while strengthening culture, clarity, and employee experience. Sarah brings deep expertise in organizational development, talent planning, and leading through complex change – consistently building high performing teams that support business outcomes. She is recognized for her practical, transparent, and collaborative leadership style, which enables her to simplify complexity and drive meaningful, long-term impact.

Andy is Chief Product Officer at Xplor, where he leads the creation of innovative customer-centric SaaS solutions across the company’s everyday life verticals. Motivated by the real, tangible impact technology can have on small businesses, he is known for designing products that simplify operations and strengthen the customer journey for owners and operators. Andy founded BrandBot in 2015, scaling it to more than 2,000 studios across 15 countries before its acquisition by Xplor in 2020. Today, he oversees product teams supporting tens of thousands of customer locations worldwide, bringing CX-led innovation to the heart of Xplor’s growth strategy.

Sandeep is Chief Transformation Officer, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that translate strategy into execution and scalable performance. He is known for driving disciplined, data driven transformation across operating models, products, and operations in complex fintech and software organizations. Prior to this role, Sandeep was at HighRadius in senior leadership roles in Sales and in Operations. He has previously worked at Vista Equity Partners, McKinsey & Company, and Oliver Wyman. He brings a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach that helps organizations move faster, operate more effectively, and sustain long-term change. 

Tom is an accomplished SaaS and ecommerce executive with over 25 years of experience scaling high-growth technology businesses. Known for driving multimillion dollar revenue growth, building high performing teams, and transforming customer experiences across global markets, Tom leads Xplor’s Education and Dry Cleaning and Laundry businesses. Before joining Xplor, Tom held senior leadership roles at Comecero and Digital River, overseeing revenue operations, sales, key account management, and global teams across China, India, and North America. Passionate about shaping entrepreneurial culture and operational excellence, Tom builds high performing teams that achieve consistent, scalable results.

Jonathon Blissenbach is President of Field Services, where he leads strategy, growth, and operational performance for Xplor’s field service technology business. He is known for scaling software and payments organizations, leading operational transformation, and building high-performing teams across rapidly growing businesses. Before joining Xplor, Jonathon held executive leadership roles at Fullsteam, Volaris Group, Red River Software, and Atomic Learning. His experience spanning SaaS, fintech, product strategy, customer success, and M&A integration, enable him to drive innovation and long-term growth.

Chelsea Trout is President of Payments, where she leads the company’s payments organization and long-term growth strategy. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across merchant acquiring, partner-led distribution, and fintech-enabled commerce. Throughout her career, Chelsea has held senior commercial and operational roles at Xplor Pay (formerly Clearent) and Payment Alliance International, consistently driving revenue growth and channel expansion. Known for building high-performing teams and operational discipline, she is a strong advocate for scalable, partner-first payment solutions across vertical software markets.

Scott is President of Golf & Club, leading a portfolio of technology solutions for private clubs, public courses, and golf operators – including the industry leading BlueGolf tournament platform. He brings deep executive experience across SaaS, operations, and organizational transformation, including prior CEO roles at zipLogix and BLUE Software, and senior leadership positions at Siemens and Matthews International. Scott has a strong track record of scaling technology businesses, integrating strategic acquisitions, and driving innovation that enhances member engagement and operational efficiency. Scott is known for transforming underperforming software organizations into high growth, customer centric businesses through clear strategy, disciplined execution, and a collaborative leadership style.

Darol is President of SMB & Boutique Fitness, where he leads strategic growth, innovation, and operational performance for technology solutions serving boutique fitness studios, and small to medium sized gyms and health clubs. He brings more than 30 years of executive experience, including senior leadership roles at Clubessential, Affiniti, Sting Communications, KnowledgePlanet and IDC. His background spans enterprise software, telecommunications, SaaS, organizational transformation and M&A across multiple high growth organizations. Known for driving customer-focused innovation, Darol guides teams that help operators scale efficiently, modernize their businesses and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Patrick is President of Recreation, where he leads strategy, innovation, and a portfolio of technology solutions serving the recreation industry. He previously served as President, Recreation at Clubessential Holdings, and as President of Vermont Systems, guiding growth and modernization of its leading recreation operations software. Patrick has also held key leadership roles at Vermont Systems, advancing product excellence and customer experience for recreation agencies nationwide. Known for cultivating cross-functional teams to new levels of performance, Patrick drives technology innovation that strengthens recreation organizations and empowers everyday communities.

Mehdi is President of Enterprise Fitness, where he leads a portfolio of technology solutions for enterprise-level fitness operators. He brings deep global strategy, product innovation, and execution expertise, having previously served as President of Exerp at Clubessential Holdings, as well as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Exerp prior to its acquisition. In these roles, Mehdi played a key role in expanding the Exerp business across North America and advancing its global professional services. Before Exerp, Mehdi spent 13+ years at Capgemini leading OSS/CRM transformation programs for major telecom operators. A telecommunications engineer (ENSIMAG) with a DESS in cryptography, he combines technical depth with commercial rigor to help brands deliver standout member experiences.

Mindy is General Counsel & Secretary, where she oversees global legal and regulatory strategy and supports the company’s long‑term business growth. With a distinguished career in FinTech, she previously served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Paya, a leading provider of integrated payments and commerce solutions. Before that, Mindy spent more than two decades at Elavon in senior leadership roles, including Chief Counsel, where she guided complex regulatory, commercial, and operational initiatives. Known for her pragmatic approach and deep expertise in financial services, she is recognized for strengthening governance, enabling business transformation, and mitigating legal complexity across fast‑evolving markets. Mindy also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and volunteers with the organization, which mobilizes attorneys to provide nonprofits with essential legal services.
