At Brainstorm Force, I led product management across Astra, Spectra, and Starter Templates, collectively serving millions of active users. I grew Astra's user base from 1M to 2M, cut Spectra's churn from 19% to 4%, and drove 16% revenue growth on Starter Templates by shipping AI-powered website creation. NPS improved from 55% to 78%, and OKR achievement went from ~50–60% to 90%+ after restructuring team processes. I also directed full UX and dashboard redesigns across all three products and ran sprint ceremonies for three squads with 15+ members, owning the product lifecycle end to end.

At rtCamp, I managed delivery of WordPress and SaaS projects for large international clients, working with distributed teams across multiple time zones. I handled sprint planning, QA, and documentation while keeping client stakeholders informed on timelines and progress. Delivered projects consistently on time and to standard at a WordPress VIP agency.

At weDevs, I owned the product roadmap and strategy for Dokan and WP ERP. I ran customer discovery, translated user feedback into requirements for design and engineering, and coordinated feature rollouts end to end. Handled sprint planning and reviews to keep delivery aligned with business goals, and supported partnerships and product demos to drive adoption.

Handled user support across tickets, live chat, and calls, which built a strong foundation for understanding user problems. Investigated bugs, worked directly with engineering on fixes, and ran onboarding webinars to reduce support load. Moved into an Associate PM role after taking ownership of feedback analysis and product improvement discussions.
