Eligibility
Work through the day in Fort Mason on your idea and present at 5pm!
Project and Submission Requirements
You will submit a 3 minute video (loom is a great option) at the end of the day. This will go to the judges, who will announce prizes on Wednesday 29th March
You will also present for 60 seconds between 5 and 630 on Thursday March 23 in front of the assembled group (A LOT of people have signed up!)
Prizes
There are several prizes
AUDIENCE PRIZE - Voted on the day for $2500 for best overall project
MOST INNOVATIVE USE OF AI PRIZE - $1000
BEST AI GAME DEMO OR PROTOTYPE - $1000
BEST AI GAME PITCH - $1000
MOST PROMISING COMPANY - $1000
You must participate in the hackathon to win one of these prizes (except for MOST PROMISING COMPANY). There will also be a $5000 grant to one team at the judge's discretion.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Your team must have been in Fort Mason for the duration of the hackathon, unless preapproved because a team member is in a foreign country etc. The audience prize will be voted on Thursday March 23 and the other prizes will be announced Wednesday 29th March by the judges. The prize names are self explanatory but make sure that there is a reasonable explanation for why the project relates to AI Games.
