ABOUT ME
For more than 15 years, I’ve been exploring a question that still fascinates me: how is technology changing the way we think, feel and live?
As a journalist, I’ve covered emerging technologies for publications including MIT Technology Review, National Geographic, New Scientist, Wired and TechRadar. Along the way, I’ve interviewed founders, researchers, psychologists, futurists and everyday users, building a deep understanding of both the technologies shaping our future and the people expected to live with them.
Today, I also bring that perspective into consultancy, helping brands, organisations and media companies understand what new technologies mean beyond the headlines. Not just what people are using, but what they’re valuing, resisting, fearing and hoping for.
Alongside my consultancy work, I write branded content, front video campaigns, host and chair events, create content across my own channels, and publish The Future Hunter, a newsletter exploring technology, culture and the futures we’re building together.
My book, Screen Time, grew from the same curiosity that drives everything I do: understanding what technology is really doing to us, and how we can build better futures because of it.
