Each distinct AI chat session you save to ChatView counts as one saved conversation — whether captured from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another supported platform. Edits to an existing saved conversation do not create a new entry.
Unlisted share pages are not publicly listed, but anyone with the link can access them unless password protection is enabled. Password protection adds an access gate — visitors must enter a password even if they have the link. Pro and Team plans support password protection.
Free plan shares expire after 30 days by default and the expiration cannot be changed. Pro and Team plans default to no expiration, and you can set links to expire in 7, 30, or 90 days — or keep them available indefinitely.
Advanced analytics covers visit trends, unique visitors, traffic sources, geography, device types, per-page stats, and CSV export. Team adds a team dashboard with member sharing performance. We do not show IP addresses, personal identity data, real-time online counts, or complex UTM attribution.
When you hit a Free plan limit — such as 5,000 saved conversations — you will be prompted to upgrade to Pro to continue. Your existing content remains accessible.
