Samassi is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Sanluri. It has 4,674 inhabitants.[2]
Samassi borders the municipalities of Furtei, Sanluri, Serramanna, and Serrenti.

[edit]As of 2026, the population is 4,674, of which 49.3% are male, and 50.7% are female. Minors make up 10.9% of the population, and seniors make up 31.0%.[2]
