Update macOS app icon to have a Big Sur style

Hey, I love Pinta on macOS. Only Pinta doesn't have a Big Sur like icon, so it doesn't match super well in the Dock with the other apps. This pr replaces the .icns with a Big Sur like icon. Looking forward to your feedback :^)

At smaller sizes in the dock, I wonder how it would look with e.g. some darker outlines around the shapes? The white / light grey colors are a bit harder to see against the background for me

Thanks for the response, I just don't know if the whole thing would look better with a dark outline or shadow. Maybe we can change the background color, but then I'm not a graphic designer anyway. So my design skills here are pretty limited. Maybe someone else in the community has a nice design?

I'm also not much of a designer :) but another thought would be trying a grey background, sort of like the header on the pinta-project.com web page?

Thanks! Yeah, I agree the dark background doesn't look as nice

I'm good to merge in the white icon - if anyone in the community wants to make some additional tweaks for extra contrast that's definitely welcome, but already it's a big improvement over the existing icon!
