Remove stray "AI" references from UI

What problem does this address?

As the plugin has evolved over time, we have some UI copy that reference feature/experiment specifics. Some of that includes "AI" in the labels/buttons, while others do not include "AI" and present actions more as "press a button, a think happens" with hopefully most folks aware also that "this button is here because I enabled a feature/experiment from the AI plugin" and thus its powered by AI. Continuing from that assumption, I'd like to remove the stray "AI" copy from the UI so things are more concise and less verbose.

What is your proposed solution?

Remove "AI" references from these places in the author/editor/site owner-experiences...

1. Alt text generation in the Media Library

2. Alt text generation in the post editor

3. Content summarization in the post editor
