[helm] Enable SASL authenticated connection to Zookeeper nodes

Description

When the Zookeeper (ZK) is setup with the authentication the Fluss servers should be able to connect to the ZK ensemble.

Scope of this task is to enable Fluss helm deployments to authenticate to ZK cluster when it is setup with Client Server authentication using SASL.
