Sync EN: traduction des nouvelles pages createFromTimestamp, setMicrosecond et getMicrosecond (DateTime/DateTimeImmutable/DateTimeInterface), plus mise a jour des pages existantes (message du #[\NoDiscard], liens seealso vers les nouveaux accesseurs).
Le fichier datetimeimmutable/modify.xml est deja porte au dernier hash EN par la PR de sync ext/date, il est donc laisse de cote ici pour garder les PRs independantes.
