Proposal to mention TRACE32 in Tooling → Debuggers section

The Debuggers section of the Tooling page currently lists several debugging tools that can be used with Rust.

I would like to suggest adding a brief mention of TRACE32 (Lauterbach) as another debugger option for embedded development.

TRACE32 is a debugger that supports JTAG and SWD interfaces and can be used to debug Rust binaries using ELF/DWARF debug information.

If this proposal aligns with the scope and direction of the project, I would be happy to follow up with a Pull Request.

Thanks for the suggestion. If you are happy to open a pull request, it would be fine to include TRACE32 among the options discussed.
