.nodemodules inmakeFetchContentWorker. Esbuild 0.23.0 introduced a change in the packages option. This should make the builds consistent across versions and support theenableDynamicBuildoption.next-rsc-dynamicexample to usemdxinstead ofmdfiles. The source repo changed a long time ago.Fix #23
