Marco Capozzi is a seasoned cybersecurity and compliance leader with deep expertise in audit, testing, and risk management. He leads initiatives focused on information security assurance, regulatory compliance, and software quality best practices, helping organizations strengthen operational integrity across complex technology environments.

He brings extensive international experience managing security audits, compliance assessments, and testing programs across Europe. His work spans multiple jurisdictions, where he has guided organizations through evolving regulatory landscapes and implemented frameworks aligned with technical standards and best practices. He is skilled in developing audit methodologies, leading change management and risk assessment programs, and delivering insights that enhance security posture and operational resilience.

With a strong technical foundation, Marco has executed a wide range of software and hardware testing approaches, including black box, white box, unit, and integration testing. He is experienced in identifying vulnerabilities, improving quality assurance processes, and driving continuous improvement. His background also includes supporting enterprise network operations, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Wade Dauphinee is a Senior IT and Security Professional with more than 20 years of professional services experience. He leads a team of professionals at Bulletproof that deliver Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services to clients in highly regulated industries, including lottery, gaming, and healthcare.

Dauphinee is an expert in the delivery of cyber security assessments, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security assessments and certification, IT effectiveness reviews, and risk evaluations. He brings extensive technical and management experience to this role from his career in the gaming and lottery industry. He has outstanding leadership and IT governance skills with significant expertise in managing organizational change, developing partnerships with key stakeholders, and negotiating complex agreements. He has the proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects, provide innovative solutions, improve efficiency, and drive productivity and revenue.

David Elmore is a strategic leader driving client engagement and operational excellence across North America. Throughout his career has partnered with executive teams to address complex industry challenges, including digital transformation, cybersecurity risk, and an evolving regulatory landscape. His leadership is defined by a forward-looking approach that aligns technology, compliance, and business strategy to help organizations scale with confidence.

David brings a unique combination of technical depth and commercial leadership, enabling him to deliver high-impact solutions in dynamic environments. Prior to his current role, he served as Global Sales & Support Manager at Kobetron, where he led business development and client services for the IRIS division, strengthening market position and client relationships. His earlier tenure with GLI included roles as Development Representative and Technical Compliance Engineer, where he built a strong foundation in regulatory standards, system integrity, and client advisory.

Paul Leger is a highly accomplished senior information technology (IT) professional with more than 28 years of experience, including 25 years focused on Information Security (IS). He serves as Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Governance Services at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), where he leads a global team delivering cybersecurity solutions, governance frameworks, and compliance initiatives for organizations across diverse industries.

His expertise spans key security disciplines, including cyber risk management, IT governance, compliance, security operations, and vulnerability management. Paul plays a central role in developing and executing strategic cybersecurity programs that help organizations reduce risk, strengthen resilience, and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining GLI, Paul held senior leadership roles at Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC), where he led enterprise-wide information security initiatives. As Manager of Information Security & Assurance, he was responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. He also oversaw security monitoring and vulnerability management programs, enabling proactive threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation.

Michelangelo Marinoni is a seasoned information security leader with over 20 years of expertise in delivering InfoSec services and certifications across the global gaming industry. As Global Director of Audit and Compliance, he steers a worldwide team of auditors, specializing in the development of methodol​​ogies and the selection of tools that maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

He brings extensive international experience supervising the delivery of information security services, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits across Americas and EMEA operations. His work spans over 600 worldwide gaming jurisdictions, where he has harmonized delivery frameworks, established metrics-driven decision-making through KPIs, and managed strategic client relationships to ensure the highest standards of timeliness and resource utilization. He is skilled in developing audit and scoping frameworks, leading process optimization initiatives, and implementing automation tools that strengthen operational integrity across complex regulatory environments.

With a strong technical foundation, Michelangelo has overseen a wide range of security and assurance disciplines, including infrastructure testing, application security testing, PCI-based vulnerability assessments, firewall rule reviews, and Information Security Management System audits aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 31010 standards. He has drafted test methods and training procedures for the assessment of legal and technical requirements, and has supported state regulators in Italy, the Netherlands, and Denmark in defining technical guidelines for gaming software approval.

Michelangelo holds an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and completed the MBA Essentials program at the London School of Economics. With over 25 years in information technology and more than a decade focused on security and compliance, he combines technical depth with regulatory insight to drive meaningful risk reduction.

Known for building high-performing, cross-functional teams, Alessandro partners with organizations to strengthen security posture, advance compliance maturity, and implement scalable assurance strategies.
