About the Ant International x Halogen Mentoring Programme

In collaboration with Ant International, this is a six-month mentoring programme specially designed for female polytechnic and university students aged 17 to 25, who are studying in tech-related fields, or those interested in pursuing a career in tech.

Participants will be matched one-on-one with mentors from Ant International and guided through regular conversations focused on personal discovery, career navigation, skill set development, and early career preparation. These conversations are designed to help you understand your strengths, interests, and how careers in tech take shape in practice.

As part of the programme, participants will also take part in a hackathon where they will work on solutions to real-world problems in the age of AI, applying what they have learnt throughout the journey.

The journey kicks off with an in-person launch where mentors and mentees meet, exchange contacts, and set expectations. Throughout the journey, participants are supported with preparatory workshops, conversation guides, and light-touch check-ins to keep sessions focused and consistent.
