Libjo atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Libjo merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Kepulauan Dinagat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 18,157 dalam isi rumah 4,425. Ia mempunyai luas 180.57 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 56 meter di atas permukaan laut.
