Rosales atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Rosales merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 67,510 dalam isi rumah 16,862.
