A Weekend Package includes a ticket to the NASCAR Cup Series race (the marquee Sunday race) plus multi-day hospitality, motorcoach service, and hotel accommodations. Support series races — including the Xfinity Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the ARCA Menards Series, and the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series — are typically purchased as add-ons. If you want to attend the full weekend including support races, your On Location concierge can bundle the tickets at booking. On Location is the Official Travel Partner of NASCAR. That status delivers access that's not available anywhere else: pre-race pit road access, NASCAR-credentialed garage tours, official VIP hospitality areas inside the track, the Champions Luncheon at the Daytona 500, talent appearances, and dedicated transportation. A DIY trip can match the hotel and the ticket, but it can't match the credentialed access.

A detailed digital event guide will be sent via email approximately 7–10 days before the event. This will include your full itinerary and all essential information.

Most On Location packages include dedicated motorcoach transportation between your host hotel and the track on race day, offering a convenient and stress-free way to travel to and from the event without the hassle of driving and parking. Depending on the event, shuttle service may also be available for select support races, hospitality experiences, and additional weekend activities.

On Location books rooms in premium hotels selected for each event, prioritizing proximity to the track and quality of accommodation. Hotel assignments are made closer to the event date based on inventory. On Location NASCAR Travel Packages include the On Location Weather Guarantee. In the event of a rainout, On Location will guarantee transportation to the track the following day at no charge to you if transportation is included in the package. Additionally, tickets are guaranteed for the following day. Please note: any ticket credits are subject to track policy. Additional nights at the hotel must be made directly through the hotel at guest's expense.

Race cancellation without rescheduling is rare in NASCAR, but if it happens, On Location's Purchase Policy at checkout outlines refund and credit terms specific to your package tier and the timing of the cancellation.
