Head to Sephora's website and log in. Click on "Track Order" at the top of the page and click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track.
Once you log into your Beauty Insider account on Sephora's website, add a reward to your online basket from the Rewards Bazaar. In person, use your Sephora Rewards card before purchase by handing it to the cashier.
Returns of new or gently used products can be made in person or by mail within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If it's been 31 to 60 days since you bought your items, you can receive store credit.
Sephora offers free shipping on purchases of $50 or more and on all purchases for Beauty Insiders.
Whether you can sample an item at Sephora depends on the product. Many items that are in bottles or squeeze tubes may be sampled, but some — like mascaras — cannot be sampled.
