Splitcam is a live video recording and broadcasting program. With it, you can record the screen of your computer or other external devices, add overlays, and broadcast the content directly to streaming platforms. These streaming platforms include Twitch and YouTube, among others.
On Splitcam, you can configure several scenes depending on the content or the platform where you want to broadcast it. For example, you can apply specific image settings depending on whether you're going to talk or play a game. You can also add an image or video file so that it always appears on top, as well as text or the current time.
In terms of recording, it's possible to use footage from a webcam, a screen, a browser, a security camera, or a microphone, as well as to use a plug-in.
To add your YouTube or Twitch channel, go to the top right where it says "Stream Settings." From there, you add your channel. You can even activate them at the same time if you want to do simultaneous streams, as well as set up other parameters.
