Perceptions are not always right – comment by CEO Jenny Dodd
It has been interesting chatting with various people about the ATEC consultation on “a more joined-up tertiary system”. This is not the only time where I’ve reflected on how perceptions may not be the reality when it comes to TAFEs. In this context, I am referring to perceptions of the TAFE workforce, particularly those who work in teaching roles.
