These Terms govern your use of the website and services operated by TRIOUT ACQUISITIONS LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order or start a membership. You are responsible for the security of your password and for activity on your account.

2. Memberships and auto-renewal

Memberships start with a 30-day free trial. We do not charge anything during the trial. On day 31, we charge the card on file: $9.49 for monthly memberships, billed monthly thereafter, or $99.49 for annual memberships, billed annually thereafter. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, sign into your account and click "Cancel Membership". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Kitchen store orders

Prices on the kitchen store are in USD and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 within the continental USA. We currently do not ship outside the United States. Title and risk of loss pass when our shipping carrier accepts the package.

4. Refunds and returns

See our Refund Policy for the full 30-day money-back terms. Perishable or downloadable items are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not republish our recipes on other sites without permission.
• Do not share your member account with non-household members.
• Do not attempt to defeat any access control or rate limit on the site.
• Do not use the site to send spam or harass other users.

6. Intellectual property

All recipes, photographs, copy and other content on this site are the property of TRIOUT ACQUISITIONS LLC or our licensors. You may cook our recipes at home and share photos of your results, but you may not reproduce the text of our recipes elsewhere. The kitchen store product names belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

We provide recipes, content and products "as is", without warranties of any kind. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and potential allergens, and you are responsible for safe practices in your own kitchen.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TRIOUT ACQUISITIONS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or your order is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and we agree that any dispute must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing info@triotremont.com.

10. Termination

You can stop using the site any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We will update the "last updated" date when we change these Terms and notify you by email of any material changes.
