Chief Executive Officer
Keith Valory is CEO of Plex, the largest independent video on demand and streaming media platform, with hundreds of live TV channels and thousands of on-demand movies and TV episodes, available globally in 193 countries. Keith has nearly two decades of experience in executive and founding member positions spanning several industries. Prior to Plex, Keith was COO of Bracket Computing (acquired by VMware) where he was responsible for corporate strategy and all business operations, including finance, business development, legal, operations, human resources, and information technology. Previously Keith spent five years at Cisco in various executive positions including running strategy and operations for the $2B Security Group, where he was responsible for business acquisition planning and execution, go-to-market planning and strategy, program management, business operations, and acquisition integration. Keith was the Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at IronPort Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Cisco for $830M in 2007. Keith started his technology career as an associate at Venture Law Group where he represented technology companies on venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, licensing transactions and regulatory compliance.
Chief Product Officer & Co-founder
Scott Olechowski is responsible for driving product strategy, product management and business development for Plex’s suite of personal media software and services.
Over the past fifteen years, Scott has applied his entrepreneurial know-how and spirit to a number of software and internet start-ups. His professional experience includes executive positions in product strategy, business development, marketing, and international sales for a number of established brands such as Cisco, PostX and IronPort. He is an expert in cryptography with six issued encryption and authentication patents, and was a technical and thought leader in Cisco’s global threat intelligence operations. Fresh out of college, he co-founded a video software company that pioneered the synchronization of video testimony and official transcripts, which dramatically improved conviction rates for trial lawyers.
Chief Financial Officer
Jason Eustace is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience in driving strategic revenue growth, managing organizational transformations, and spearheading digital innovation initiatives. His expertise spans a variety of industries, with a particular focus on software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results.
He has held key financial leadership roles at Curiosity Stream, Discovery Inc., and National Geographic Channel. Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated an exceptional ability to take companies public, optimize revenue streams, and enhance financial infrastructures. His leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to data-driven decision-making, rigorous financial controls, and strategic planning that aligns with long-term business goals. Jason’s strategic vision and operational acumen have enabled him to lead complex financial operations and drive significant growth and profitability.
Chief Technology Officer
Schuyler was one of the earliest employees at Plex and has helped grow and evolve the product and engineering teams through the past decade. He's a keen problem-solver and believer in people-first technical leadership. Prior to joining Plex, Schuyler held engineering positions at Google and Cisco with an emphasis on modern web security.
Vice President of People
Christa Foley is responsible for safeguarding Plex’s culture and values as the company grows, bringing in top talent that align with Plex’s values, and ensuring all HR processes are people-first. Prior to joining Plex, Christa spent 16 years at Zappos.com and was the Senior Director of Brand Vision & Culture as well as Head of Talent Acquisition. There she was a key part of developing the company’s core values and creating their core value interview assessment. She also led Zappos Insights, a B2B business under the Zappos umbrella, that shared the Zappos approach to company culture, customer service, and people/HR with other organizations. Before Zappos, she spent 8 years in the staffing industry working with Olsten Staffing, Adecco, and The Eastridge Group.
Vice President of Product Management
Ricardo is responsible for the development and execution of Plex’s product strategy, ensuring that our suite of software and services meet the needs of our customers and achieves the company’s goals. His team partners with Product Design and Engineering to develop the experiences our customers use every day.
Ricardo has over 20 years of experience developing software across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Plex, he built consumer software products at Twitter and Zynga, led a professional services team at BigMachines (Oracle), and developed FDA-validated software applications at Johnson & Johnson.
Vice President of Product Design
Jason Williams is the VP of Product Design at Plex, where he’s responsible for defining Plex’s product vision and leads a team focused on designing seamless, highly personalized experiences for Plex users. In his role, he has successfully planned, developed, and executed several key product launches and most recently led the launch of Plex’s newest features—Discover and Watchlist—which allow users to find the content they want to watch across multiple streaming services on the Plex platform.
With over 20 years of enterprise and interactive development experience at brands including Samsung Electronics and Moxie, Jason has an exceptional understanding of developing customer-centric solutions, specializing in innovation, trendspotting, and problem resolution. He is also a frequent speaker on the future of streaming and entertainment at events, including Stream TV, the Future of Television, and the Next TV Summit.
Vice President, General Counsel
Angelo is responsible for risk-management at Plex, advising and handling all legal matters from contracting and IP rights to litigation and dispute resolution.
With over 20 years of experience both practicing law and working with fast-growing tech companies, Angelo specializes in building legal departments and data privacy programs. His efforts and expertise have been acknowledged by The New York Times, The National Law Journal, and the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal. Angelo currently maintains Certified Information Privacy Professional certifications for Canada, Europe, and the US.
