Mexico mobile virtual numbers now require a Mexican address (no documents) + tax ID

Quick update for anyone using or planning to get a Mexico mobile virtual number:

Mexican mobile numbers now require a Mexican address to register (no documents needed), for either personal or business use:

• Personal: your address + a personal tax ID (RFC)

• Business: your address + a VAT/tax ID (RFC)

Local and toll-free Mexico numbers are not affected — no special registration requirements there.

Dear FlyNumber Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent deposit. On 16 june, I deposited $3 via PayPal to my FlyNumber account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my FlyNumber balance.

To make matters worse, my account was subsequently blocked without explanation, leaving me unable to access the service or the funds I rightfully paid.

This situation is unacceptable. I request the following actions immediately:

1. Credit the $3 deposit to my FlyNumber balance, or issue a full refund to my PayPal/bank account.

2. Provide a clear explanation of why my account was blocked after a legitimate payment.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to PayPal dispute resolution

I expect your urgent response and resolution within 10 hours.

So I paid for a number and their cloud system but it doesn't work, it keeps saying "The phone system is not enabled." when I want to configure it. But there is nowhere to enable it.

Read their articles already but it doesn't help since it doesn't let me go pass the first step.

Created a ticket and it said they will respond within 24hrs but no response at all.

Called them, but they don't pick up the phone. Is this company a scam?
