- Haha! Watching Mick Mulvaney talk to @jimsciutto on @NewDay Says POTUS made a “mistake” hiring military people. As if military people are a monolithic group. Remember when those military officers were “my Generals”?
- Totally agree @jimsciutto ...Pardoning war criminals in our ranks undermines everything we stand for. The internal and external consequences will be dangerous on so many levels.The military is not the constituency for these pardons. Service-members I’ve spoken with say these convicted criminals undermine the mission and make them less safe. Strikes me it’s a straight-up political base play with damaging real-world consequences.
