I rarely tweet but - I used @AirCanada Aeroplan miles to book business class from Tokyo to Delhi. I was never told the flight had moved to a different airport 80 km away. I spent $431 rushing to make it. Then I boarded a broken biz seat with no recline or power. @Aeroplan
