Stamping. Laser cut fan profile, then bent to shape. Either than or die cast/injection mold. I wouldn't be surprised if it was plastic with a shiny coating. Even at 1000 quantity, even in China, you're looking 100/part for cnc.

Ok, I was 100% wrong. That part is machined. But there's no way they're machining it. It must come out of broken dysons or something. We can break the costs down if you want, but you literally couldn't pay for the electricity with the price.

It's literally impossible, they're being sold for 0.70$ each. If they were 70% manufacturing fee, and you wanted 10$/hr, on a 100k machine(minimum), you still wouldnt get there.

Highway of Death was one of the most based wartime activities to have ever taken place. You don’t get to call ‘war crimes’ every time you get your cheeks clapped. HWOD was the definition of chat shit get banged.

    (2) For some weird reason, you've compared carbon fibre to steel, which for obvious reasons, isn't used in racing yachts. Ever. This boat represents the pinnacle of sailing. It would be comparable to an F1 car.

Interesting! Could you show me at all? Given the UK doesn't tarrif 5 axis imports, could you help me understand why I havn't seen a single one, and Chinese 3 axis machines go for double that?

(1)Look, here's the thing. You're wrong. This boat won't have antifouling, it's drysailed. Also, this was designed by The Young Naval Creators, specifically so that it can be broken down into it's constituant parts...
