    Just dropped off my 3 kids at school for first day since Dec 20. Including our unvaccinated 4yr old. Slumped back in my car, had a good cry. Total exhaustion, guilt, and fuming anger at @fordnation @Sflecce for abandoning #onted. Putting on my game face. Parents, I feel ya. Hugs.

    1/ What the average observer of the #Ethereum merge to Proof of Stake needs to know when considering all the headlines & fanfare about “reduced energy consumption” and then asking “why doesn’t #Bitcoin do this too?”, is that #ETH and $BTC are fundamentally different assets/tools.

    I disagree with you on many issues @PierrePoilievre, but I commend you on the core substance of this speech. I think @saifedean’s “The #Bitcoin Standard” and “The Fiat Standard” should be required reading for all MPs and studied by @CPC_HQ @liberal_party @NDP @CanadianGreens.

    In peddling this misinformation, the @ecb also reveals itself as a racist, neo-colonial institution. Most notably, the ECB is saying that the global South (where #Bitcoin and #LightningNetwork use are skyrocketing) is “irrelevant” and day-to-day commerce is presumed illegal.
