We are a nonprofit foster home based rescue. We rescue animals who have been abused, abandoned, or destined to be euthanized due to overcrowded shelters.
Poochie is an 18, yes 18 year old Aussie mix who was surrendered to MACC when “a family member became allergic to him”. We are getting him tomorrow where he will go to our vet and then will need a hospice foster. Can’t even type this without weeping for him. He’s 18. 💔
- Here’s the video of sweet Poochie on his freedom ride. His confusion, his sadness. He didn’t deserve to be dumped at 18, but it’s a blessing because he WILL be loved and never dumped again. He just makes us weep.

- 18 year old Poochie went from being dumped in Animal Control to living the country music star lifestyle with @lukebryanonline and his beautiful wife Caroline. He now has both humanand canine siblings. See more in pics below. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
- We are grateful for the wonderful life Poochie had with us and @LukeBryanOnline & family. He was able to stroll in pastures & be a dog again.He sadly passed away a few days ago in his sleep on a big comfy bed.He is now buried on the Bryan farm. Here is mom’s note. RIP sweet boy.

- Precious Doody, AKA Suzy crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. She was a forever foster from a hoarding situation 3 years ago in a rural county along with 19 other dogs we took in. She was blind and deaf, but so perfect. RIP precious girl. We love you and your mom.

- We have amazing news. Precious long term Biscuit has been adopted!!Her new home is in NH and we think she and new Dad look pretty happy. New mom is also so happy
- We are lifelong fans of Juuse Saros because he was so kind to our puppies and to us during the calendar shoot the @PredsNHL did to support us several years ago. He also came to adoption day and we recreated his fluffy puppy holding. He gets our vote!!
