- Hiring for SWE is so fucked up right now There's no point in hiring junior to mid because I just ask cursor on slack to do junior-to-mid stuff And I can't hire a senior because they're so rare and expensive ($200k+) What's left is hiring consultants for super niche stuff + AI
- JESUS CHRIST I HAVE REACHED MY GOAL OF 2023 I joke a lot but it was an INTENSE year! I started out in January with $0 MRR, 20 followers, no product and just a goal to make $20k MRR by the end of the year.
- New plan 1. Take a loan of $10m 2. Burn the $10m running ads, get to $1m MRR 3. Call it $12m ARR, 4. Share on X, go viral 5. Sell for 3x make $36m 6. Pay loan back 7. Profit?
