    This post triggered quite a few people. It’s satire, not a comprehensive guide. Lesson learned for me: I should exaggerate it so it’s clear. The point is that whole process would benefit with less friction.

    I agree with you this route has its place, especially for bootstrapping solo projects. It’s definitely simpler but not without its drawbacks. Converting to a UG or GmbH afterwards can quickly turn into a legal/tax minefield. Not a lot of people consider that. I think what’s
