- Paid for my dinner tonight with physical cash, anonymously. The waiter will be shocked to discover he's now implicated in a criminal conspiracy.Today @RepBillFoster stated that "there’s a significant sentiment, increasing sentiment, in Congress that if you’re participating in an anonymous crypto transaction that you’re a de-facto participant in a criminal conspiracy." - If I can't unilaterally exit your system with a tx on bitcoin L1, then your system isn't an L2. Not gonna debate if that's sufficient to be an L2 but if I can't do that then it for sure is not an L2. It's a trusted bridge/database of some kind.
