First Minister John Swinney visited the centre in Cardonald as it opened to patients today. The service will enable residents in Cardonald and the surrounding area to receive treatment without an appointment, Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 20:00.

    We are updating the Dangerous Dogs legislation. This will require that children under the age of 12 are not left unsupervised near a prohibited dog in a private or domestic setting. It will apply to all types of prohibited dogs and come into force on 1 November 2026.
