if you keep hiring 'senior' talent and not junior-mid you need to ask yourself, why? senior talent is incredibly hard to find and very $$ i just feel like companies can do a better job offloading tasks to more junior-mid level devs am i wrong on this?

job alert! platform/ engineer (Kubernetes/AWS), direct hire, salary 165k must haves experience in Kuberbetes and AWS (IaaS). a nice-to-have would be Kafka as well. they’re growing like crazy, so it’s a great time to get on board
