Drove up to Vancouver today and attended the @MyFirstBitcoin_ unconference. Met some great bitcoiners, saw the legend @BTCsessions and @LanternBitcoin gave a great talk on how bitcoin changes how we value time.

Paying for dinner in El Salvador with #bitcoin over the lightning network. This will be completely normal worldwide one day. No bank involved. No fee to a credit card company. Just a peer to peer transaction over the internet. Still blows my mind 🤯

If you want to move your time/energy towards Bitcoin, the hack is to go to in-person events. I remember buying my ticket to BTC Nashville, wondering what the hype was all about. Since then I’ve been to 8 conferences and more of time and energy is going into building on bitcoin.
