Cons: have this mean-ass brain tumor
Pros: unlike last year, I’m at home. Also, my MRI from Monday is stable and I watched my baby cousin get married last weekend

Ok beautiful people time for an update!
11 days of chemo and radiation done down here at Duke, 22 to go. My chemo (low dose pill) is easy, radiation is quick and painless. Working my arse off all day every day exercising, walking, typing, etc.
Today I turn 40. Not how I pictured it: in the middle of chemo and radiation for a cancer that can’t be cured, working my ass off to keep walking, and away from my family. It sucks. On the bright side, 2 friends are visiting me in Durham and we’re making pizza tonight
