Light provides information about the world and imaging is the process that captures it. We are enthusiastic about light and imaging, and building new tools to push the longstanding limits in biomedical imaging. To this end, our lab engineers the light together with algorithms to maximize the efficiency of the light encoding and the accuracy of the information retrieval.
We are a group of optics, instrumentation, and AI enthusiasts who want to revolutionize biomedicine together. Our main interests include label-free metabolic microscopy, deep and dynamic tissue imaging, adaptive light shaping, and AI-assisted imaging, sensing, and discovery.
