Feature Request: Make the 'Show Admin Bar' enabled by default or have that as a global preference

What problem does this solve?

Hiding the admin bar is a pretty opinionated choice that interferes with muscle memory. I'd vote to make it opt-in and/or make your setting of it global (so a browser-level preference, not a per-site preference)
